A+ Crash Course: Intention-Setting 101
The holidays are coming whether you’re ready or not. Now’s the time to get your mind right—and we’ve got the strategy.
Step One: Know what an intention is.
An intention isn’t a goal or a purpose, though it’s connected to both.
Your purpose is why you do what you do.
Your goal is what you want to achieve.
Your intention is how you want to move through the process—your mindset, your energy, your approach.
It’s not about numbers or outcomes. It’s about alignment.
Step Two: Determine your desired outcome for this holiday season.
Maybe it’s to feel at peace. Maybe it’s to protect your energy. Maybe it’s just to make it through with your sanity intact. Whatever it is, name it.
Step Three: Write your statement of intent.
This is your anchor—a short phrase you can recite when things get hectic or when you catch yourself slipping into survival mode.
If you need an example, we’ll go first:
We will move through the season calm, clear, and rooted in purpose—never rushed by the clamor of “buy now, buy more.”
Yes, we sell jewelry. But we design it with purpose—to be wearable reminders of who you are and how you show up.
Our goal isn’t to outshine the noise; it’s to offer calm within it.
That’s our intention this season. What’s yours?
