PROCESSING

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification has been completed.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the next business day (excluding all public holidays).

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

US SHIPPING
  • Economy Shipping: $5 (Est. transit time of 3 to 8 business days)
  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders above $95 (Est. transit time 3 to 8 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $20 (Est. transit time 1 to 2 business days)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Shipping (Australia, Canada, UK, NZ): $25 Flat rate international shipping and FREE for orders above $200 USD. No additional fees will be due upon delivery.

What to do if your tracking update says DELIVERED but you have not recieved your package?

Armine + Ambrose does not require a signature upon delivery. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your jewelry. Please contact the carrier directly if you received a message stating that your package was delivered, but you have not received.

These transit times are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with shipping couriers (such as weather, volume, traffic, etc).

Armine + Ambrose is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.

All items must be in their original packaging without signs of wear or damage.

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date the shipment is delivered.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Please be sure to read all product details on sale items before making a purchase.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders are subject to shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount being refunded or given as store credit.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any original duties/taxes paid are typically non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at info@armineandambrose.com or fill in the information above with your order number and email address or phone number used with your order.

2. Responses will be received within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Review and verify your selections and submit your return.

Your return is subject to approval, once approved you will be notified.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED:

Use the provided return shipping label sent via email, and affix it to the original packaging. Products should be unused and in brand-new condition.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
