At Armine + Ambrose, each jewelry piece is cared for the same way from design to your doorstep. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about your jewelry arrival.

    Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our team to process your order conce credit card authorization and verification has been completed.

    Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the next business day (excluding all public holidays).

    Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Economy Shipping: $5 (Est. transit time of 3 to 8 business days)

    FREE Standard Shipping: Orders above $95 (Est. transit time 3 to 8 business days)

    Express Shipping: $20 (Est. transit time 1 to 2 business days)

    *Shipping is based on the US ONLY. These transit times are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with shipping couriers (such as weather, volume, traffic, etc).

    What to do if your tracking update says DELIVERED but you have not recieved your package?

    Armine + Ambrose does not require a signature upon delivery. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your jewelry. Please contact the carrier directly if you received a message stating that your package was delivered, but you have not received.

Armine + Ambrose is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.

    All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Please be sure to read all product details on sale items before making a purchase.

    All shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders are subject to shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount being refunded or given as store credit.

How to Start a Return:

1. Enter your order number and email address or phone number used with your order.

2. You will be presented with your order history. Just select the product you wish to return.

3. Select a reason for the return, and we will give you options for a direct exchange or full refund.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.

5. Review and verify your selections and submit your return.

Your return is subject to approval, once approved you will be notified.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED:

Use the provided return shipping label sent via email, and affix it to the original packaging. Products should be unused and in brand-new condition.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
